Hi and welcome to another monthly overview!
Another month gone and man, what an exhausting one it was! There was just. So. Much. Socialising. I can’t even. I also got my covid vaccination, which did not help matters at all, and neither did the autumnal weather with its much shorter days.
The kittens are doing well, we can’t believe how much they’ve grown. Here are my two bundles of joy, happily trying to murder each other. Sigh 🙄😂
Bookishwise, September was a pretty good month. I was offered two months of Kindle Unlimited for 99p so I’ve been taking full advantage, reading and listening as much as possible (and completely ignoring my own books, oops). Whenever the weather was nice enough, and I didn’t have to socialise, I was out in the garden, weeding and cleaning out the vegetable patch, and it shows in my audiobook stats. And when the weather turned autumnal, I embraced it by turning to witchy / ghosty books. I came across a few duds but I started the month well with a The House in the Cerulean Sea reread and I also came across a few excellent novels that made me forget all about the duds.

Your kittens are the cutest! I miss having young cats at home… Mine either ignore each other or fight for real haha. I can’t wait to get a copy of Lights Out! I was so sad when my request was denied… Her writing is always so brilliant. I hope you will have a wonderful October! xx
