Hi and welcome to another monthly overview!
Another month flew by! What with family gatherings and my colleague on holiday for the final two weeks of the month, I feel like I blinked and July was gone 😅 My own holiday starts today, I’m hoping for sunshine and lots of fab books!
This also means FromBelgiumWithBookLove is going on a break. I wasn’t very active on here in July but I plan to be around even less in August 😂
Book-wise, July was another fab month! I seamlessly switched from a Kindle Unlimited trial period to a Storytel trial period, which scuppered my plans to read more of my own books in July, but Storytel does have many books that have been on my wishlist for ages, so I really couldn’t refuse their “read and listen for free for 45 days” offer. 99p and other deals were slim pickings, which meant I added very little to Mount TBR, so there’s that.

Storytel sounds great. Is it fully unlimited or just during the trial?
I’m using BookBeat, Audible and Spotify combined at the moment.
They have various options. There’s an unlimited option, which is the most expensive, obviously, and there are a few limited subscriptions as well, they work like BookBeat. I’m not sure whether Storytel is available outside of Belgium and the Netherlands though. I’m combining it (while on the free trial) with Everand, which I still love and is still my main source of audiobooks, but I hate that it’s only unlimited in theory.
